1175 Bordeaux Lane

Mill Street Design Group was thrilled to stage this beautiful and truly unique custom home built by Renaissance 7 in Vintage Oaks.

The builder’s meticulous attention to detail shows in the handcrafted cabinetry, wood flooring, ceiling beams, and the imported front door and windows that came from a stately 1800’s mansion near Paris. In fact, we chose not to use a rug under the dining table because we didn’t want to take away from gorgeous reclaimed wood flooring. Kudos to the builder for leaving as many historic live oak trees on this lot which dramatically adds to the beauty and comfort of this home.

Special thanks to Sheryl Gibson with Keller Williams Heritage and Kurt Walker with Renaissance 7 Custom Homes.

On the kitchen island, the builder added gorgeous carved wood acanthus leaf corbels as corner details.

Behind the repurposed, vintage stained glass door is a spacious walk-in pantry in the kitchen.

The builder incorporated vintage gingerbread detailing on the front porch posts.
