1979 Round Table Staging

This home received two offers within 7 days, one of which was ultimately accepted.

The furniture in the living room was angled toward the corner fireplace, the focal point, for a great view of both the fireplace and the pool. By angling the furniture, the living room appeared larger and more spacious. We dressed up the formal dining room with a round dining table and area rug so that buyers could visualize how their own furniture could fit in the space.

A cost saving measure that we proposed to the homeowners was to use their own cocktail table and sofa to stage the bonus room upstairs. These items had been slated for a garage sale. Our suggestion was to use them for staging first, then sell them after receiving an offer.

While we were placing the furnishings in the home, the homeowner was busy working through a list of small projects he wanted to get done before the home went on the market. Once we installed the furniture and accessories, he breathed a sigh of relief and told us that he felt he could have his life back and stop with the projects. The small flaws were no longer noticeable!

Thank you to Gatlyn McDonald with Keller Williams Heritage for giving us the opportunity to stage this home.

We are so impressed by the wonderful work that these ladies have done with our house. They are so positive and fun. I know that our house is going to sell quickly! It is so exciting to just watch their wheels turning as they create with their talents. They are amazing.
